Yamato's Frankenweenie goods up for pre-order

They are shocking-ly cute

Just when you thought the Frankenweenie merchandise rush was over with, the movie rises from the grave with two new toys from Yamato. First up is a diorama of Victor and his beloved dog, Sparky, sharing a heartfelt reunion in the attic. Replaying the fun scene from the movie, Sparky's undead tail can be removed and placed in the bucket. The diorama's base measures 210 by 145 millimeters in width with a 14 centimeter tall Victor and a 85 millimeter tall Sparky. Set to ship in January 2013, the Frankenweenie Victor and Sparky diorama costs ¥5715.

Yamato's second offering is a Sparky Bobbing Head (read: bobble head). I love how the pup's eyes are angled a tad upward. It somehow makes him look even more endearing. The Bobbing Head's base is decorated with the same little dog heads found on Sparky's tombstone in the movie. This 17 centimeter tall figure is available for pre-order now to the tune of ¥3620. He will be released in January 2013.
