Wonder Festival Summer 2010: Volks brings a bit of old and new to Wonder Festival photo

Volks took a mix of their old kits to Wonder Festival as well as their recently announced stuff. But even with all that, they still managed to fit in a new announcement!

From the old, we have two of the original figures from  in the shape of Ashen and Suzuka alongside the new figures from Endless Frontier: Super robot wars OG Saga Exceed, Neige Housen and a new version of kaguya Nanbu. A Brand were also selling a number of their older garage kit, primarily from the Balder Sky series, although Sylvia Van Hossen from Princess Lover was also there!

Aside from those, it's pretty much everything that has already been announced with the A3 mecha line from Muvluv and garage kits of Kizaki Mio and Celia Kumani Aintree from Valkyrie Romance and Hieda Saku and Laila Rai Sorel from Shiden ~Enkan no Kizuna~ as well as the first chance to see the 1/4 scale Bayonetta in FULL! Still no colour though. Eagle eyed members of the garage kit community have also rightly pointed out that the pose is based on the cover image of the "witch of Vigrid" bayonetta Artbook!

But the biggest announcement was of a new garage kit line called charagumin and the first figure in the line is Lina Inverse from Slayers!! From the looks of the announcement, it seems that Volks will be moving into the colour resin kit market with this line.

And once more, Volks have swayed me into loving them again.

Don't get me wrong, I'm not complaining, this is AWESOME. I'm just... stupified. Does this mean I can get my hopes up for more awesome announcements from the past?
This is really cool except the face makes it look like she doesn't know what she's doing. Don't know the origins of this character though so maybe she always looks like that?
Its too bad those Endless Frontier figures are expensive garage kits.
Uh..I think I prefer the Cerberus Project Bayonetta. That one looks more Bayonetta since that pose is from one of her attack.
This one looks like she is having a bit of penis envy though legs are nicely long.
Yahoo, Suzuka and Aschen! I'll forgive them the ridiculous Kaguya now and cross my fingers for more SRW OG figures.

Actually, those 2 are PVC figures. Except that they will be a little more expensive than other manufacturers, the QC is a bit of a lottery and Volks don't ship outside japan!

Their GK are excellent but PVC figures lag a fair bit behind I'm afraid.
HOW DID I JUST NOW NOTICE THIS. O-O Lina.. I must have you.. now.. in my arms.. :O P.S. Thank you for reading my plea Volks, I so totally know you did ;D Maybe.. well.. we can pretend!
