While Aoshima's wares remain relatively new unfamiliar territory for me (although we have posted up some of their stuff before, namely adorable roach girls), I definitely like what I'm seeing in this batch of pictures.

First up, they've got two colorways of their original character Ukyou. The one with the shorter, blue hair is the alternate color/sculpt. One quick search away, I learned that Osiris who sculpted Ukyou also worked on the Lineage II Dwarf by Orchid Seed (reviewed), which remains one of my favorite figures that I don't own.

Besides those, Aoshima simply teased two more upcoming figures, the Ichigo Shinobi and Ninja. After a look at MFC, I noticed there already is a sculpt for Ninja though.

Everything looks solid, and I'm looking forward to more from Aoshima soon! Thanks again to Tokyo Hunter for providing us with these excellent photos.
