What Toys Are Up To: Saber's moment of triumph

3:00 PM on 11.17.2010 // Colette Bennett

The Super Movable Saber Nendoroid is out, and oh boy, the masses of the internet have taken advantage of her release and already started to take fantastic photos of her. You can find a few more in this week's gallery, form stunning to hilarious, but it's already obvious that this figure is going to be a winner, not to mention a must buy for Nendoroid collectors and fans of the character.

What else? Well, one of the most stunning Ayanami Rei customs I have ever seen, a handmade dojo, Figma swapping costumes, Nendoroids swapping faces, and the kind of custom toy action shots that you pretty much only see in Japan. Check out the gallery to see what I mean. Oh, and send your toy action shots to me at colette@tomopop.com if you'd like them included in the future. No one's sent me any submissions in ages. My inbox is lonely!
