A series of really outstanding photos of the Mikoto Misaka figma from Aru Majutsu no Index popped up this week on a Japanese collector's personal blog, and we were really impressed with what we saw. I love any sort of shots that make a toy look as if it's in a real life setting.

You can also see some adorable doll photos in the gallery from Holoblog, stunning images of the newest Rin Tohsaka figure from Fate Stay Night (and we encourage you to check out the full review, too) from Tentacle Armada, and the usual hilarious pictures from the Hobby Search blog. Those photosets have me convinced they have entirely too much fun over at the Hobby Search offices ...playing with toys all day. I want to do that too! Oh, wait...

Where can I get that action figure size FN F-2000 in the intro picture?
Er, that's not Mikoto Misaka (well, she's in two photos), it's her 20,000 clone "sisters". I really need to get my hands on that figma, I'd rather pay $100 for that figure than any of the Saber figmas that demand that much. Too bad the clones were limited to 20,000 and sold out fairly quickly. Wish they'd sell her again, I'd love to have two or three (or four, or five) of them. That would really be nice.
