If you needed any more proof that Japan with Moefy pretty much anything, you need only read a little of the bio for this new figure from Kotobukiya!

First, a little on the background. Retia is from the game Daiteikoku (lit: great empire), the third game in a trilogy created by Alicesoft. It's basically a big space opera strategy game where various world powers from "a certain point" in history have been placed in a space setting. Retia commands the Third Reich of Dokutz. Do you see where this is heading? Furthermore, her full name is Retia Adolf!! I guess using the other name may have been a bit too risky...

Due to the fact that the Third Reich of Dokutz is ruled under fanism, where the leader is elected by an idol popularity contest (no, I'm not making this up!) Little Retia is showing off all her idol charms to catch your hearts and maintain her position as Fuhrer! OK, I have to stop now...

The Fu... I mean Retia will be released sometime in 2012.
