Volks celebrates the Dollfie Dream 7th anniversary with a little sister

We seem to be enamored with dolls recently here at Tomopop. It's probably all part of some conspiracy. And I believe what Volks has announced is proof that this is all part of some deep, underground plot to rule the world through their dolls.

The company is currently celebrating the 7th anniversary of the Dollife Dream series of dolls. On a regular basis, Volks has updated with downloads, specials, events, and more. As the 7th announcement for the 7th anniversary it was revealed that a new Dollfie Dream type entitled the "Dolffie Dream Sister" would be produced.

This new series is designed to act as a "little sister" standing about 2 to 3 inches shorter than the regular 22 inch Dollfie Dream dolls. These dolls will have an increased poseability and the ability to hold poses better, will maintain the same quality and format as the rest of the Dollfie Dream line, and easier to exchange parts. The Dollfie Dream Sister dolls will also be able to use clothes and parts from the standard Dollfie Dream dolls which is a bonus.

With the temptation of getting a buddy for Alna, I may now hold out as it would be cuter to have a different, yet similar doll as her friend. Plus, people are different sizes so it adds some variety. Definitely looking forward to this.
