UPDATE: Volks bring goods to their own event next weekend photo

Well, this is a little awkward! Still, an anniversary is an anniversary and to celebrate the 1 year birthday of their Akibahara store, Volks are throwing a little event a scant two weeks before Wonder Festival, starting on the 14th of July!

They're also bringing a few new figures to the party where they will be on sale. Don't worry though, I'm sure they'll still have a few things in reserve to show off at the biggest figure event of the year in Japan!! But for now, Volks will be showing off two new PVC figures from their MoeKore plus line and two new Charagumin colour resin kits.

From the MoeKore Plus side, we have Hannah-Justina Marseille from Strike Bit Witches 2 and Yukihime from Shining Blade. Marseille seems to be a limited item so she will have limited numbers while Yukihime seems to be a general release figure. And from the charagumin side of things, we get swimsuit versions of Juliana Everhart from Valkyria Chronicles 2 and Edy Nelson from the original (and best) Valkyria Chronicles. As the two kits are less complex than previous releases and have considerably fewer parts, they're also considerably cheaper than other kits, like Selvaria! There will also be some re-releases of older kits like Chou'un Shiryuu from Ikkitousen and the Schelptor plastic kit from the Five Star Stories, not to mention a chance to get a pre-painted statue of Mitsurugi Meiya from Muv-Luv. One of their early 1/4 scale kits!

But there's more!! If you sneak a look at the bottom of their event page, you will be able to find... An announcement of their next Charagumin kit. And it's going to be... Etna from Disgaea? DOOD!!! I'm not sure if Etna will be on sale at the event, but the others will be. You should be able to order directly from the Volks Website store if you have a japanese address handy but otherwise, you may want to contact the proxy of your choice to avoid some of the hassle if you want to purchase one of these ladies for yourself.

[Update: The Tokyo Hunter team now have Yukihime, Edy and Juliana up for pre-order on their site. If you contact them directly, I'm sure they would be happy to help with acquiring Hannah-Justina as well. That should take away some of the pain out of ordering these ladies!]
