Upper Playground snags distribution of GSC's Munko vinyl

You may recall that the night before all the Comic-Con coverage started to flood the site, we made a little video about David Choe's blind box series called Munko. Since we are big Good Smile Company fans here at Tomopop, we had been keeping a close eye on this blind box series as we were excited to see GSC's take on the designer vinyl universe.

Recently we got word that San Francisco based Upper Playground would be the official US distributor for the Munko series, so if you want to pick them up, you can do so either individually or in a 12 piece blind boxed set through their web store. In addition, if you pick up the 12 piece set you get the tote for free (see the gallery for a pic). Way cool! We can definately vouch for the quality, not to mention the weirdness factor. I wonder if this means we'll see more designer vinyl crossover from GSC in the future?
