Under the Radar: Toy2R, JPK's Captain Sturnbrau colorway
It was a long while back that we got a peek at Jon Paul Kaiser and Toy2R's first big collaboration, the pirate Captain Sturnbrau. Now, we're getting a second colorway of the 5-inch Captain, albeit in a ghostly blue translucent colorway. I think all illuminated like it is in the header via backlighting ... yeah, this could be a really, really awesome and ghostly looking figure! Not to mention the detailing on the Captain's face ... The Deep Blue Sea Captain Sturnbrau is up for pre-order at most major designer toy shops, including Tenacious Toys, for US$40. He's limited to 200 pieces and should be releasing in July.
