And your comments on Maria are very unintentionally funny. XD

With the amount of games, anime and manga out there, there are quiet a few times where I am scratching my head. As is the case with Umineko no Naku Koro ni, a murder mystery series where the Ushiromiya family go to an isolated island to determine how the dying father's assets will be divided. A typhoon rolls in trapping the family on the island and soon members are slowly picked off one by one with even stranger things happen. Makes me want to watch Clue.
Banpresto recognizes the series and will be releasing two prize figures based on it. The first is 18 year old Jessica Ushiromiya who has a very snazzy outfit. I'm really liking the doubled layered dress and buttoned up coat. Actually, I'm liking everything about Jessica.
The other release is 9 year old Maria Ushiromiya who is glowing with cuteness that any child anime character can produce. Her innocent pose with her pigeon toed stance and hand caressing her face just makes my teeth rot. Along with that crown, I want to call her my daughter and tell all the other parents how much their children suck.
These are some excellent looking prize figures and at about 6 inches tall and for 1,100 yen each, I find it hard to pass up. AmiAmi has both for pre-order with Jessica available in March, 2010 and Maria available in May, 2010.
