Saiyuki's anti-heroes and Madoka Magica's witches highlight these blind boxes

Two new Colorful Collection (a.k.a. KaraKore) series have been put up for pre-order, both of which should get anime fans very excited. Old school otaku (or, at least, older school) will certainly recognize the Saiyuki series set, featuring the four members of Sanzo's group in their current and past life forms. The Hakkai figure even has Hakuryuu perched on his shoulder! The second set listed is Puella Magi Madoka Magica Witch Collection Series 2. Picking up from where the first series left off, more of the magical girls' adversaries are turned into figures. This set includes Charlotte (in both forms), Charlotte's familiars, the scribbling Witch familiar, the Rose Garden Witch, the Rose Garden Witch's familiar, the Shadow Witch, the Class Representative Witch, and Walpurgis Night. Yes, Walpurgis Night, which was notably absent from the previous series, is making an appearance in this one.

The Saiyuki Colorful Collection ships costs ¥4000 and will ship in July of 2013. The Madoka Magica Colorful Collection also costs ¥4000 but will ship in late April 2013.

Which one would you pick?
