Tsume's Naruto X-tra PVC figures arrive
Tsume has a new line of PVC figures called X-tra, and the first two out of the gate are from Naruto Shippuden: Naruto Uzumaki and Pain, the leader of Akatsuki. The 1/10-scale figures look pretty well detailed for their scale size, and Tsume has said they're sculpted and painted in a similar fashion to their larger HQS line. Whether or not that turns out to be exact might have to wait until I see one in person, but the photographs they've sent us do seem to look good. Each piece is a limited run of 3,000 figures and are priced at €44.90 each. Naruto and Pain should be out in late May or early June. You can pre-order both right now at Tsume's website. I'm hopeful these do well enough to allow X-tra series figures for Tsume's other licenses, namely Bleach. If they're as good as I hope they might be, then I might have to start putting a little money away right now. Did you know?
