Toy Fair 2012: Mimoco

Mimoco had a presence at Toy Fair, and the highlight of their booth was the brand new Mimo Micros line. The new devices are flash drive/microSD reader combos, and the first wave features 8 characters. Three (Batman, Superman and Wonder Woman) are from DC Comics, and the other 5 (The Millenium Falcon, C-3PO, Yoda, Chewbacca and Darth Vader) are Star Wars characters.

Also coming soon will be the Legends of Mimobot line, featuring different geniuses as designs for each drive. The first ones will be based on Albert Einstein, and those should be on their way to stores later this year. More of those will be shown off at SXSW in Austin, Texas, in March, including the original inspiration for the line, the Brainstein character that Michal Miszta (a.k.a. themodelmaker) designed for a previous contest.
