Mezco's booth at Toy Fair 2012 was about two things, appealing the child in all of us and then scaring the life out of them (but in a good way). The child at heart will love the first big draw, the Spongebob Squarepants collectible figures. The first wave is due out in July 2012, with the next release in November. The other nostalgic toys on display were figures and plushes of Earthworm Jim. 

The rest of the booth seemed to be dedicated to monsters of all kinds. The other big draw for the Mezco booth were the new Universal Monsters figures. This release will be the first time a figure of Frankenstein's Monster will have a black jacket. The Living Dead Dolls, now in their 14th year, have taken on a tea party theme. There were the newest set of Living Dead Dolls figurines to take a gander at as well. Also on display was the next wave of Creepy Cuddlers, zombie plushes that are endearing in a morbid-sort of way. The characters in the line-up consisted of a bunny, a circus monkey, an office worker, and a tabby cat, all zombified. Rounding out the spooky toy portion of the booth were Mars Attacks figures in 1/12 and 1/18 scales.
