Online Toy News has reported that Japanese toy company Tomy has signed a two-year deal with Sega and Jazwares Inc. to produce Sonic The Hedgehog figures to be released in Spring later this year. Expected to be part of the initial line-up are plush figure, 3 3/4 inch figures and 6 inch figures (which will have an estimated 25 points of articulation).
This deal will also allow them to sell toys from Jazwares' extentive catalogue of merchandise. This deal is effective as of February 1st, 2010, and will run through to December 31st, 2012.To fans of Sonic on the site, what kind of figures would you like to see and what characters are you dying to get your hands on?
