Tomopop Review: Stuffed Robot's Zombot photo

You met Roxybot recently, but now it's time to meet the second of the new robots from Stuffed Robot — Zombot. This zombie robot is limited to 100 units and has quite the story behind him. In fact, you might notice that the only thing left is his head. Well, get this — he ate the rest of his own body!

Yeah, this robot is definitely nutty, so you should be sure to check out the fun we had on our photoshoot. Hit the jump to see what craziness went down, and what shenanigans we got in to!

Zombot

Poor Zombot wasn't blessed with a very happy look on his face, but he is a zombie after all, so that's only to be expected! He wasn't nearly as down in the dumps as he looks, and in fact he was quite friendly. That was a surprise considering he ate his own body, but perhaps he had a change of heart.

He comes packaged by himself in the envelope, and even without any extra goodies, he's so loveable on his own. The details on his face are fantastic including the little circles on the bandages over his right eye. The green ooze is an added bonus that I just absolutely love.

Zombot

The back of Zombot's head is detailed just like the previous robots, so that you can see the darker purple outline. I'm glad that this added detail was there, even if he's just a head, so that it matches his other robot friends and that he doesn't feel left out.

Zombot

I quite enjoy the little Stuffed Robot tags that appear on all of the robot plush. There's just such small little things that I really enjoy every time I get a piece from Stuffed Robot, and they definitely induce the happy in me. Zombot is a bit more squishy than his previous robot friends, but that makes him extra nice for hugging. Well, as long as you don't get too close and let your guard down. We wouldn't want him to get too hungry and eat you like he did his body.

Zombot

Zombot took the road that Roxybot did and took time to smell the roses. The roses must find the soft spot in even the angriest of robots, as he really seemed to enjoy his time there as well. He's much smaller than Roxybot, which is to be obviously expected considering he is only a head. He measures somewhere around 6" by 5" by 4", which is perfect for taking with you around the town.

Zombot

He's also good at hiding in trees apparently, and you could easily lose him in a heavily wooded area. Be sure to keep your eye on him! You never know what he might end up doing if you happen to lose track of him.

Zombot

Zombot is yet another hit out of the robot park, and I would suggest you pick him up from the Stuffed Robot store as well. As you can see above, all three robots are together as one big happy family and are ready to come to your house now. Mellowtron has been long sold out, but if you hurry you can still pick up both Roxybot for US$35 and Zombot for US$15. So what are you waiting for? Head on over and add these bots to your robot family now!

Nice review ! I enjoyed reading it :)
I am really not a fan of the design of this toy... I actually think it's pretty ugly. Haha.
