There were one hundred of these fantastically hot pink robots made, and at last, one has made its way to my house! Roxybot arrived safe and sound, but immediately wanted to play guitar. She was modeled after past rock stars and was sure to be a crowd pleaser, but she soon began to have behavioral problems after the release of a successful album.
Now that all of the Roxybots have been recalled, they're making their way into houses everywhere to try and get the second chance they deserve. Mine may still have a bit of a problem though since she says, "I took a chainsaw to all of my band member's instruments ... They didn't think it was as rockin' as I did."
We'll just let that slide though, and I'm ready to share with you the newest masterpiece from Stuffed Robot — Roxybot! So, hit the jump and let's get rockin'!

Roxybot arrived in a plastic bag, with an array of items at her side. Her story was printed on a piece of fabric, which outlined why she's arriving at your house now. She came with a Certificate of Individuality which shows that she is #58 out of 100. For Mellowtron, I chose #30 because it was the 30th anniversary of Michael Jackson's Off The Wall album. I thought the #58 Roxybot would get along with my Mellowtron quite well since Michael Jackson was born in 1958. Yes, I am a total dork. This has been established long ago.

When we went outside for a walk, so Roxybot could get some air, she immediately commandeered my roses. She was pretty determined to just stay there all day because she felt they matched her fabulous complexion. I informed her we were in a hurry because it was about to rain, so she quickly changed her tune since she didn't want to rust.

She got sidetracked by our other roses as well. Apparently, if there's nothing else she likes, she at least likes roses. I guess the saying says you should always stop to smell the roses, so she did just that. I finally got her to change her tune when she started to hear a small rumbling of thunder.

It was a bit too hot for Roxybot, especially since we've had over 30 days of consecutive heat warnings with it being well over 90 degrees every day. She didn't fair too well, so she decided to relax a while. She told me that even her fabulous colors on her face were running, so she didn't like our weather too well. I thought she looked just fine, and that her guitar on her stomach was just perfect, but she thought I was picking on her.

It's somewhat hard to tell from the photos, but Roxybot's pretty huge! From the top of her head, to the bottom of her legs, she measures around 2 1/2' tall! Of course, she's about the same size as Mellowtron, but if you hadn't seen him in person, you might not realize quite how large they really are. She may not look it, but she's also quite soft on the outside. Her insides are more firm, but she's definitely a great plush to hug!

Before the rain set in, she decided to chill in the tree for a while. I love the little details that add so much to this plush. One of said details is the fact that one of her bolts is actually a music note. Things like this make me so happy, as I just love attention to detail. It's the little things that always put a smile on my face.

As I previously mentioned, my Roxybot is #58. Written on her bottom side is her serial number, just in case you can't tell her apart from her fellow robots. Besides the attention to detail, I absolutely love Stuffed Robot's ability to pick great colors that work well together. I absolutely love the colors used on Roxybot, and they help to give her that rock/punk attitude that she's known for.

As you can see, she was a perfect companion to my lonely Mellowtron. They hit it off immediately and are nearly inseparable. This was about the time it started to rain, so we went inside so Roxybot could show off her skills.

Roxybot has some pretty rad skills on guitar, and before long she was kicking my butt at Guitar Hero, since I don't have an actual guitar for her to use. We had a lot of fun together, and I can't recommend enough that you pick up a Roxybot for your very own. You can head on over to the Stuffed Robot's website and see which Roxybot's they have left. They've been selling rather quickly, so I'd suggest you hurry! After all, US$35 for a plush of this size is definitely worth the money, and I'd suggest it to everyone!
