Tomopop Review: Sega's Panty & Stocking prize figures

One of the biggest problems with collecting figures is managing your budget. As many of you know, It's quite the expensive hobby that can add up real quick. If you're not careful, you could find yourself ordering several figures and due to delays, may have a massive bill on your hands come invoice time. One way to keep the costs down is to buy prize figures. Granted, they aren't going to be the same quality as a full-priced PVC figure from one of the big three (Good Smile, Alter, Max Factory), but you're still going to get a decent representation of a character you're interested in for a fraction of the price.

This was the logic I used when I ordered Sega's Panty & Stocking prize figures a while back after hearing about them on Tomocast. Considering that the two of them together with shipping cost less than one of Sentinel's Metamorphose figures, it was pretty easy to pull the trigger on the pair.
