Tomopop Investigates: Why we'll never see the end of Ikkitousen photo

While I walked around the dealer's room at Anime Festival Orlando this past weekend, I came across a lot of interesting stuff. There was the usual booth of nothing but bootleg necklaces and fake cosplay jewelry. Another filled with plushes, the next with trading figures and so on and so on. Then while making my way through, I came across a crowd of people talking about Titty Tousen and felt the need to understand why this show is so popular and why so there's so much of it.  After just a minute of talking with the above gentleman, I think we'll never be rid of the multitude of figures.

"One of the greatest animes I've seen today..." OH GOD! CAN'T STOP LAUGHING!

One of the most bloody awful animes I've ever seen. After watching the 13 episodes I stared blankly into space wondering what humanity had fallen too that it had been recommened to me.

Please excuse me, I need to lie down...
You made it through 13 episodes of that trash? Brave man!
...I mean no offense to anyone who liked ikkitosen, but calling it "the greatest" is going a step too far.
@Colette: I kept hoping it would get better...but alas it didn't
I'm not interested or curious in watching the thing at all... good thing too lol.
"thing" meaning the anime...
He's a teenager. Of course he likes boobs and violence.
you mean he's a teenager and hasn't watched REAL anime in his life. XDDD;;
Gah, I missed AFO?
wow haha.
I could have never completed the 1st season of Ikkitousen...I mean, just 1 week before the broadcast of Ikkitousen, there was the end of another series with the same mechanics (I forgot the title): boobs and fights. And it was so much better than this one !
I mean there was no real storyline and the fights themselves were dull. Even Queen's Blade is better executed (although I only watched through 3 eps of it).

This teenager must have watched only 2 series: Naruto (just the filler part of the 1st season, with something like 80 eps) and Ikkitousen...

Megahobby Expo Spring 2013: Gintama's Ginpachi

Since Pedro already posted up the Naruto-related G.E.M. series additions, I am taking up the slack here with a Gintama-related G.E.M. series figure, Ginpachi-sensei! This prototype was shown at Megahoubby Expo by MegaHouse, a...

Megahobby Expo Spring 2013: Kotobukiya

At the spring Megahobby Expo, Kotobukiya unveiled some very nice new figures. For me, the biggest news was seeing a new addition to their Yu-Gi-Oh! ArtFx line. Yes, among the previously released Yu-Gi-Oh! figures, there was ...

Megahobby Expo 2013 Spring: Naruto Shippuden

Continuing with our Megahobby Spring 2013 coverage, I present a pair of, wait for it, G.E.Ms! *crickets* Ahem. Well, awful humor aside, I've seriously got some new additions to the G.E.M. line, both from the perennially&...

Megahobby Expo 2013 Spring: One Piece [Updated]

Megahobby Expo is going on at this very instant on the other side of the world. For me, this should be a joyous occasion. Unfortunatley, it isn't. Why you ask? Well, I've got to point at the currently anemic showing...

The doctor is in! Nurse Miyu returns to pre-orders

A couple days ago we heard word that Lechery would be re-releasing their delicious Nurse Miyu figure, and sure enough, pre-orders have quickly appeared! I believe I've said before that I've never been one to understand the wh...

An elegant new Asuna is up for pre-orders

Griffon's previous Asuna may have been a little off the mark in terms of character recognition, but they're not down for the count yet! Stepping up to bat with a graceful Alfheim version of our heroine, she's still not quite ...

Take aim with this summery new Kirino

With such an inseparable pair, it's no surprise that where there is Shironeko, Kirino is close behind. Pretty much every company releases the two as a pair, and Chara-Ani is no different, pairing the breezy Shironeko with a K...

Pick up a perky pre-order of Miyuki Mana

Despite se.kirara being one of the many visual novels I've got next to no experience with, I still know some appealing character design when I see it--and Miss Miyuki Mana is not exactly my favorite character from the game. S...

High Priestess Chie Satonaka delayed to September

As much as Megahouse's High Priestess Chie Satonaka looks awesome, there's been some bad news the last two times I've posted about her. First, it was the news that Chie was a MegatreShop exclusive, and now a second bit of new...
