Tomopop Exclusive: Kotobukiya announces 1/6 Bayonetta statue
While at the Tokyo Game Show, I spied the very first evidence of a Bayonetta collectible at the Square Enix booth, as you may recall if you saw the post. I liked what I saw, but I had a strong feeling I was going to see more interpretations of the lovely lady before the game hit retail shelves, and sure enough, I was right. Kotobukiya has exclusively shared with Tomopop the first announcement that they will also be releasing a Bayonetta figure. Rather than an poseable figure, this piece will be a 1/6 scale PVC statue in the dynamic pose you see above. They have also shared that she will be sculpted on a light-up base with the fired bullets from her gun laying all over it. THAT SOUNDS SO HOT. We don't know a release date or price yet, but as soon as Kotobukiya passes the word along we'll let you know. Exciting news for Bayonetta fans, isn't it?
