Tomopop Exclusive: Dark Horse's No Ordinary Love bust

It's no secret that the Tomoteam are fans of the work of Camilla d'Errico. So we're proud to be the first place in the world to be revealing Camilla d'Errico and Dark Horse's No Ordinary Love bust! As you might have guessed, this bust is based off of Camilla's "No Ordinary Love" painting, which was featured in Dark Horse's published art book of Camilla’s work, Femina and Fauna.

The bust itself will be a June release and stands 8 inches tall by 5 inches wide. The sculptwork, supervised along with the paintwork by Camilla, was done with help from the talented folks at Gentle Giant. Each bust will be packaged in a full-color collector box with a certificate of authenticity. Just looking at the finished product, though ... it really looks great! The detail is immense and more importantly, the paintwork is definitely the same as Camilla's style.

The No Ordinary Love bust will make its public debut at the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center in New York City for Toy Fair 2012. It will limited to only 950 pieces worldwide, but you can get a sneak peek of it in our gallery.
