Tomocast episode four: Wonder Festival edition photo

A big thanks to everyone who submitted questions last night for our fourth episode of Tomocast! As promised, Topher, Pedro, Eva and I rambled on incessantly about Wonder Festival and all the toys we wanted to rub on our nude bodies. We also talked about a small handful of preorders and new releases and answered some questions.

We talk about a TON of figures in this episode, so as usual hit the jump for the handy-dandy outline guide so you can see everything we are talking about at a click in case you missed it when it was news on the homepage. You know the drill: click here to listen to the podcast (click "file" and "save page as" to save it) and let us know your comments, feedback and requests for future episode topics down below!

Stuff we talked about:

GSC's Nendoroid Sebastian (just released)
NECA's Bioshock 2 figs (announced)
Beat's Choun Shiryu from Ikki Tousen (preorder)

Legacy Comments

Can't wait to give this a listen!
Favorites for WF: Triela from Gunslinger Girl (even though I think the figure doesn't look that great -- GSG is one of my favorite shows) and Mercedes made by Alter.

I share the lament in the absence of Persona figures. Also, there's a bunch of garage kits over the years I wish would have been picked up for PVC that weren't.

Cleaning figs is a PITA. Those IKEA tower cases help a lot with the dust, but dust still gets in, but it's way better than left out in the open.
Vampire what miku? I draw, so I might give it a try :P
@JoZo: Vampire Princess Miyu: http://www.animegalleries.net/albums/userpics/41206/Vampire%20Princess%20Miyu.jpg
@Colette- the one on the left?

Sorry for the crappy boring question! =
@JoZo - That's her :)
Should've learned... that symbol never worked lol

"crappy boring question" meaning the one I asked for the podcast, the vampire princess miyu one is equally as crappy of a question though.
thanks for answering my question! I would feel that bring a wonderfes would be something they should consider doing!

Also Pedro needs to scream more it makes me laugh so hard that I can't control it. XD;;

Chopin figma I would KILL for!! :DDD

I don't know how I feel about the alternative BRS Miku, I think she looks too slinky and scary without her coat on? I don't remember the real illustrations how skinny she was.

lolz I forgot about the comment I made on that Titty tousen figure. That was fantastic to be noted! I love you guys~ Great show as always!
Personally I would love to see some Puzzle Fighter figures/Other Street Fighter Characters. I just want a Dan Hibiki figure where he looks silly.
I was saddened by the lack of love for K-on. I thought it was a good series, cute and funny. Saying you'd rather watch Eden of the East instead is a bit unfair, I'd watch both for very different reasons. Then again I guess I can't really argue with the fact that you would want to watch EoTE instead. Oh well. Enough complaining about that though. This isn't Podtoid-san after all (R.I.P. D:)

I would purchase a Jun figure :O. Does that make me a bad person? Hell, does wanting Ero figures in general make me a bad person? I don't really want the surprised little boy though...

I wish to own Luka figures. Tentacle Hair is a plus.

And god, what a brilliant idea - Eternal Sonata figures! I'd kill for a Violla figure.

A Wondercon in the states would be fantastic! Not so much for my wallet though.

Enough rambling.
@The Nesta: Not everyone is going to like K-On! XD;;; It's pretty understandable for girls to not care for the show than boys. I'm surprised the two boys on Tomocast also didn't care for the show. But it isn't like we didn't give it a try :P For me, I need a guy in a show. I don't care for an all girl cast in my anime. Lucky Star worked for me because it was so nerdy that it was hilarious for the fact it was easy to relate to.

Wanting Ero figures doesn't make you a bad person, hahahaha.
K-on is too hyper sugary, it feels as if your teeth is rotting.
