Tomocast 26: Transformers records tonight! photo

Aww yeah, it's time to get this episode recorded! We were supposed to record this episode a few weeks back, but circumstances forced it back.

Luckily, I have three great guests that will make that wait worth it! Jonathan Tubbs, Hiroko Yamamura and Cristian Alvernaz will drop some science about Transformers while I field the questions. Even better, leave some questions in the comments and we'll ask the good ones. The best one gets a prize!

Y U NO CALL ME FOR PODCAST? D:
THERE CAN BE ONLY ONE. If you could pick the ONE SERIES OF TRANSFORMERS TO RULE THEM ALL, which would it be? Can be toys, or, if you're more familiar, cartoons, or the movies, or the tie-ins to each, or, whichever, really.

And yes I just Highlandered AND Lord of the Ringsed, WHAT OF IT?
I guess I'll have to ask the oh so necessary question: If you were a transformer, what would you transform into? and as a follow up: What types of weapons would you wield (in relation to your chosen transformation)?
I apologize for the double post but I forgot to include my answer to those questions which would be: a washing machine/dryer combo with a lingerie cannon.
Other than Hasbro, what other company would you like to see make Transfomer toys/figures?
Y U NO CALL NABEEL FOR PODCAST?

Also, why does pretty much all of the movie-related stuff suck so bad? And do you feel Megan Fox was smart getting out when she did or should she have tried sucking it up & stuck around for another big fat paycheck like Shia LeDouche?
Dang, I would have liked to participate on this one.

So, whom do you think Unicron reformatted into Scourge and Cyclonus? Was it Thundercracker and Skywarp or was it Thundercracker and Bombshell?
How do you feel about today's Transformer's toys and their increasingly complex designs compared to the old G1 Transformers? This goes for both the actual character designs, as well as the transforming mechanism.
Would you be a Autobot or Decepticon?

Who would You like to be your Minicon? (see latest Shortpacked below)
http://www.shortpacked.com/

If you could drive/pilot any transformer from any series, which would it be?

Have any of you considered/actually made any Transformer Customs? Including Paint touches. How did it go, how easy was it, or if you considered but didn't, what stopped you/is stopping you?

If you could own Any single Transformer toy, which would it be? Including Extremely expensive/impossible to get a hold of toys.

What is the most you have ever spent on a Transformer, or related toy?

If you could have any Transformer(or related character) from any series given a new Toy (or even first toy if a comics/show only character) in the generations toyline, which would it be? What should be the alt mode? Should there be anything the toy needs to do or have?

What Transformer would you most like to see get a Masterpiece Version.

We have had Star Wars and Marvel crossovers. What would you like to cross over with Transformers? What characters from the other franchise would get toys and what would be their Alt Modes?

Have I asked too many questions and become no longer eligible for the Prize?

BTW, I do know the Generations Toyline is pretty much over, with new G1 remakes being integrated into whatever toyline Hasbro has in place, but I say Generations just to make it obvious what I'm talking about...
Transformers vs Gundamns vs Valkeryies vs Gunman vs The Eva Mechs
Who wins and why?
that is a sexy header image, where can I get a high res version?
What is the largest transformer in existence? Both story wise and in real life, please. And if it doesn't come close to those life size Gundams, why haven't we started a project on making that happen?
My question:

Prove to me that Starscream isn't the awesomest of the Decepticons. I dare you. I double date you!

A F-15 versus a stupid laser pistol, AND he's a scientist? Really? Starscream 2012 for Supreme Ruler!!!
I have a few questions.

1) What do you think of the transformers prime cartoon?

2) After the current movie series is over would you like to see the movie franchise rebooted? And if yes what would you like to see in it?

3) Thoughts on 3rd party companies and their products.
that is a sexy header image, where can I get a high res version?

It is a combined image of the 4 covers for IDW's Stormbringer minseries.

Oh yeah, one last opinion disguised as a question following a preamble. If there's even still time. Which there probably isn't. But here goes. Today I picked up a Legends-class Megatron from Transformers Reveal the Shield Line. As you may know, he's something of a throwback in the original Megatron that transforms into a weapon. However, I was more than a little appalled to note that lists said weapon as being a "blaster" despite having more than a passing resemblance to the original gun. Do you feel that our society's unwillingness to just call things guns has contributed to the pussification of modern youth? And is this something that this console generation's fixation on shooters can possibly correct?
