The upcoming (and currently available for pre-order) D-Arts Mega Man and Rush set was on display at the Tokyo Game Show 2012. And while no new accessories were revealed, the photos give us a somewhat better glimpse at Rush's articulation.

As previously suspected, Rush appears to have cut shoulders/hips. Likewise, his knees also seem to move in only one direction so if you were hoping for dynamic posing then you're probably out of luck. While it's tougher to tell if he has foot articulation but, if absent, might ruin the "Rush Jet" pose. Otherwise foot articulation would barely matter since it would afford relatively little additional movement. Given that Rush is an exciting part of this set, it would be disappointing should my observations turn out to be on point. I'm still hoping that he may have some unrevealed accessories although it's exceedingly unlikely at this point.

Mega Man, of course, still looks great. The photo might show him from a slightly different angle but it doesn't provide any additional insights. And, given that he's really the "meat" of the set, I imagine his quality will remain the biggest concern.

If you haven't pre-ordered the D-Arts Mega Man and Rush (and Metall!) set just yet, there's still time as several outlets still have an availability listed. Meanwhile I imagine most of us are eagerly anticipating the set's release.
