Tamashii Nation 2012 preview has a load of anime figures

Oct 25 // Jonathan Tubbs

Magi, Strike Witches, Code Geass, To Love-ru, Another, and the kitchen sink join Bandai's many figure lines.

Tamashii Nation 2012 may be tomorrow officially but the preview event is already giving us and then some for figure announcements. We've seen Sailor Moon and Sol Badguy to name a couple of big announcements. Now there's a slew of anime titles that are either getting new releases or their very first. There's just too much to count and more that's being dug up.

The big thing for Bandai that was teased earlier is Magi: The Labyrinth of Magic which still has its anime running. An assortment of characters are being covered including Aladdin, Sinbad, Alibaba, and Morgiana to name a few. These characters will be seeing releases for the Figuarts ZERO and Chibi-arts lines.

Some of the other noteworthy announcements for the S.H. Figuarts line include Lelouch from Code Geass, Izumi from Another, Golden Darkness from To LOVEru, Nagisa from AKB0048, the entire cast of 009 Re:Cyborg, and Cure Peace from Smile Precure. In fact, Bandai has several figures of Cure Peace and Yayoi from Smile Precure! coming including a multitude of chibi-arts figures. Also coming to the chibi-arts line is Meer from Gundam SEED Destiny. There's also the Third Angel from Evangelion being added to the S.H.MonsterArts line.

And then we mustn't forget Tiger & Bunny which will see Figuarts ZERO figures for Antonio and Nathan in their casual clothes. All the ladies from Strike Witches are there from the Armored Girl Project line along with Laura and Cecilia from IS: Infinite Stratos.

Is that everything? No? Cripes! I'm winded just typing all of this! Hit the gallery for all those figures and then some more and start working on that budget for 2013. Cripes!!!
