Our gal on the show floor, Natalie, passed by Super7's booth and grabbed some shots of what they were showing off. The key items on display were their exclusives for the event, the Toxic Garbage Dump Fossilla, Spring Training...

Tomopop LinkUP: Mass naked figure event photo
Tomopop LinkUP: Mass naked figure event
by Jeremy Emerje Crocker

Hello and welcome back to a very busy Tomopop LinkUP! I suppose that title is worthy of a little explanation. You see, back in the heyday of anime fansubs there was a number of speed subbers that were notorious for their nonsensical translations. In one case a line in Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex talking about children being abducted by the mafia was translated as "Are you aware of the frequent occurrences of the mass naked child events within the country?" by a particularly awful fansub group. For a time the phrase "mass naked child events" became a meme referring to terrible translations.

When you think about it, Wonder Festival really is a mass naked figure event. Let's face it, most of the figures we'll be drooling over the pictures of this weekend probably won't be wearing a lot of clothes. And yes, some of them will indeed be naked, or pretty near it, especially if some of the previews in this edition of LinkUP is anything to go by. Plus we've got some other stuff to gawk at like videos, an interview, and various other things all after the jump!

Super7's full SDCC haul unveiled photo
Super7's full SDCC haul unveiled
by Brian Szabelski

Super7 is rolling into San Diego Comic Con booth #5245 with some more exclusives this year ... and to be honest, it's overwhelming to see what they've got. There are 15 exclusives they have on hand this year, from new pieces to old favorites like Rose Vampire.

The full list is after the jump, but there's definitely something for every Super7 fan at their booth this year. What stinks is if you're not going ... these aren't going to be up on the Super7 shop after the show. Yep, so you have to be there to get them.

NYCC 2012: Super7

Super7's booth at New York Comic Con was much smaller than their San Diego Comic Con set-up, and the one big new item was the reveal of the designs for their Alien collectible glasses. Based on the kinds of glasses you'd...

Super7's Pocket Invisiboy Blue available now photo
Super7's Pocket Invisiboy Blue available now
by Brian Szabelski

Super7's put out a new release this week, and it happens to be a lovely blue variant of the Pocket Invisiboy figure! Cast in white vinyl with blue detail paintwork, this 3-inch-tall figure has a lone point of articulation along the neck, but don't worry; he won't disappear on you unless you wait too long to buy him. And what can I say? I love the color blue, so I may have to get him.

You can pick up Pocket Invisiboy Blue for US$25 at Super7 right now. What say you about this new colorway, Tomopeeps?

Super7 pimps out Casket Cruiser with a new pink ride photo
Super7 pimps out Casket Cruiser with a new pink ride
by Kristina Pino

Next week Thursday, April 5, starting at noon Pacific Standard Time you'll be able to hit up Super7's online store and try your luck grabbing the Pink Prowler Casket Cruiser. This is Josh Herbolsheimer's Casket Cruiser turned Glow-in-the-dark and pink, bringing to mind... well, I just re-watched Dumbo over the weekend and this figure reminds me of the pink elephants! Not that... somehow Rose Vampire is like an elephant...

While I'll admit I prefer more "traditional" colorways like the Green Hell on Wheels Casket Cruiser from earlier this year, I do actually find this version appealing. He'll be going for US$65, same as the previous release.

[Update: Hit the jump for a little video of the Casket Cruise in action; thanks, Joe!]

Super7/Gargamel/Le Merde's new Zagarad on sale Thursday
by Brian Szabelski

Another week means another release from Super7, this one being the Double Trouble Swirl Zagarad! It's a mix of Gargamel and Le Merde's stylings in one kaiju piece, cast in marbled glow-in-the-dark and black vinyl and accented with green and blue touches of paint. And just look at that smile; he's so happy to see you!

You can pick up Zagarad on Thursday, March 1 (that's tomorrow) at noon Pacific (3 p.m. Eastern, 8 p.m. GMT) in the Super7 Store for US$35. Will any of our kaiju fans consider picking this dude up?

Super7 unleashing Twilight Skies Steven the Bat photo
Super7 unleashing Twilight Skies Steven the Bat
by Brian Szabelski

Super7's latest release in their store is a new colorway of Bwana Spoons' Steven the Bat. The Twilight Skies colorwat of Steven features our winged friend with a clear silver base, accented with some nice blue and green paint touches. He looks friendly enough, doesn't he?

If you think so and you'd like to add him to your collection, you can pick him up starting at noon Pacific (3 p.m. Eastern, 8 p.m GMT) in the Super7 store for US$35. Is this colorway worth picking up in your mind, Tomopop readers? I don't own a Steven yet, but I'm somewhat tempted by this version.
