MyTummyToys, Darbotz's Monster Ball revealed photo
MyTummyToys, Darbotz's Monster Ball revealed
by Brian Szabelski

Back in June, MyTummyToys announced they'd be doing a collaboration with Darbotz on a new collectible called Monster Ball. Today, we've got a sneak peek at the 6-inch resin figure, which is releasing in October at the artotel Jakarta event.

It appears to be based off a custom Munny that Darbotz has previously done, except with some of the painted details now actual features. Specifically, those teeth; Monster Ball doesn't look like something I'd want to come across in a dark alley at night.

There's going to be 20 Monster Balls available in black-and-white for US$150 each. Tomopop readers, any thoughts on the design of this little monster?

MyTummyToys reveals J-Shark photo
MyTummyToys reveals J-Shark
by Brian Szabelski

It's been a good long while since we've heard from MyTummyToys, creators of Jouwe, but they're back with a new figure called J-Shark. Standing 8 inches tall, J-Shark comes with three points of articulation, one on each fin and one on the tail. As you might guess from the name, it's a mash-up between Jouwe and a shark, with a little bit of blood on its cheek. Apparently, someone is a sloppy eater.

J-Shark is available in three colorways (monotone/grey — 15 pieces; white — 10 pieces; and baby blue —  5 pieces). You can pick one up in the MyTummyToys shop for US$200 plus shipping.
