The Flash and Batgirl join the DC Variant Play Arts Kai photo
The Flash and Batgirl join the DC Variant Play Arts Kai
by Martin Siggers

They may not be at Wonder Festival but Square-Enix aren't letting their rivals steal all the spotlight as today on Facebook they unveiled two new additions to their Variant Play Arts Kai range that re-imagines popular DC Superheroes in new, flashy forms.

Joining the already announced Batman, Wonder Woman and Green Lantern, we've got The Flash and Batgirl. Flash goes for the armoured look with the predictable but delightful heaps of lightning effect parts. Batgirl's also rocking the armoured top but trades her tights in for thigh highs and high heels. Both look absolutely excellent, fitting right in with their previously announced counterparts, and we'll be sure to bring you more news and/or pre-orders as soon as we hear anything.
