Super7's got a busy week ahead of them photo

The crew at Super7 have updated their blog in the last 24 hours with a ton of new info. There's new releases, a new T-shirt that's awfully cute, info on their upcoming Mummy Boy show and on a special lucky bag release that's going down this week! Those always seem to sell out quick, so if you're a fan of kaiju, you might want to be in the know on when you can buy yours.

Hit the jump for the full low-down on all the latest Super7 news, because there's a lot!

First up, let's talk releases. On Thursday at noon Pacific (3 p.m. Eastern, 8 p.m. GMT), we have two new kaiju figures, as mentioned previously. They are Invisible Creature's Abonimable Leroy C., cast in white vinyl with blue, yellow and silver paint accents. Also up for same on Thursday is Brian Flynn's The Hues of Blues DokuDuo, which is actually cast in pale green vinyl with blue, green, white and solver paint accents. Both are US$35 and they'll be available in store and online.

Also on Thursday at noon Pacific, you'll be able to pick up a Gargamel 2012 Lucky Bag! Now, for those of you who've never done the lucky bag buisiness before, basically, it's a random assortment of figures (in this case from Gargamel) sometimes including special colorways or early releases. You never quite know what you're going to get! The 2012 Gargamel bags have two full-sized figures, four pocket or crouching-sized and three micro-sized figures in each. They'll be available for US$350 both in store and online, though they'll be available right when the San Francisco store opens at 11 a.m. Pacific.

In the fashion department, Super7 has a new shirt out to commemorate the 49ers actually getting to the NFC Championship, and it's ******* adorable. Football Boy features the Super7 mascot in a 49ers-like get-up. The shirts are available now for US$25. And Mr. Flynn ... could you make a Football Boy figure, too? Thanks.

Finally, we get to the event I was talking about. On January 28, Mummy Mania! Customs from the Crypt opens at Super7, featuring a boatload of custom Mummy Boys and Pocket Mummy Boys painted by a number of artists. One of each type that wins the Mummy Boy painting contest will be made into a production piece in May. The event opens on the 28th at 6 p.m. Pacific at Super 7 (1427 Haight St., San Francisco), and the deadline for entries into the contest/show is this Monday. For more information, please check out the Super7 blog, as it has all the important details! And in our gallery, you'll find custom Mummy Boys from BleedingEdges and gatchabert, along with custom Pocket Mummy Boys from Super Sandbagger and Adam Greeley.
