Stop-animation short film "The Maker" now viewable onlineA while back, you probably remember hearing that Amanda Spayd's critters would be the stars of a stop-motion animation film called The Maker. Well, great news: you can now watch the entire 5:30 award-winning short film online! Directed by Christopher Kezelos (who also directed another stop-motion film, Zero) and produced by both Christoper and Christine Kezelos, The Maker is about a creature in a race against time to make the most important thing ever. The work here is just ... wow. Is "impeccable" the right word to describe it? If not, then "awesome" will have to do. So sit back and enjoy a little morning treat. Oh, and if you like it, be sure to go vote for it in The Wrap's ShortList Festival. You can also check out a ton of behind-the-scenes stuff on their Facebook page. Did you know? You can now get daily or weekly email notifications when humans reply to your comments.
