Sideshow Collectibles presents its newest Star Wars creation, the Clone Sergeant-Phase 1 from the Militaries of Star Wars collection. This Clone Trooper means business, and is exactly the type of posable figure that I'd want to spend my money on. The Clone Sergeant was made by artist David Whitford and the Sideshow Collectibles Design and Development Team, and he looks really sharp! The Clone Sergeant is 12" tall and appropriately battle worn with blaster marks, and a completely accurate sculpt.
The best part of the Clone Sergeant in my mind is the fact that he has over thirty points of articulation, making this collectible figurine not just a static statue but something you can really pose to suit your attitude, and that way, it can constantly have a new look! This clone comes with a carbine blaster, long rifle, two pairs of switch-out boots for action and standing, a display base with Star Wars logo, and about six pairs of interchangeable hands. That's a lot!
The Clone Sergeant is available for US$89.99 with a limit of six per customer, and will arrive in the second quarter of 2011, with limited edition status yet to be decided. With so much variety in the poses, if I had the money on hand, I'd order this in in a second! You can pre-order your Clone Sergeant on the Sideshow Website.
