Shining Blade fans don't be blue, Kotobukiya has Sakuya

Did you find Shining Hearts' Maxima by Kotobukiya to be a lovely lady but the earth colors of her outfit putting you off? There's might be something for you that still has the beauty of Maxima but in an entirely different outfit. Oh, and character. Coming next year is the latest installment in the Shining series, Shining Blade for the PlayStation Portable. As with all new Shining games that have Tony Taka as the artist, you can expect new figures from Kotobukiya.

Kotobukiya will be releasing the 1/8 scale figure of Sakuya in her Cerulean Mode, a beautiful blue dress with various transparent pieces. Granted it's Maxima again but this outfit's design has a lot more going for it. Well, besides the color. Though the outfit is opened, she's not popping out as much as the outfit Maxima is wearing. However, she is showing more leg since it's more opened in the front. One thing that is the same is how much of her back she's showing and I thank my best friend for introducing me to the beauty that are sexy backs. Sakuya also comes with a cooler weapon (no pun intended), the ice staff.

Being that this is Sakuya's water spirit form, will we see others? I wonder what a fire spirit form of her would look like. Kotobukiya's Sakuya -Mode: Cerulean- is retailing for ¥6,800 and will be available in May, 2012. Of course there are also other characters from Shining Blade. Is Sakuya enough for you or is there a certain character you would like to see?
