As we wrap up our Play Arts Kai posts, we get to bring you some news about upcoming figures from Capcom franchises. In particular, Devil May Cry and Resident Evil! The Devil May Cry 3 Dante and Vergil were previously leaked, with Dante featuring his sword, guitar and pistols. Vergil comes with a sword as well, and they'll be out in November.

New to the line is Resident Evil 6's Lupo, the first figure from the upcoming game that I've seen. She comes packing a large assault rifle, ready to deal with the hordes of monsters in Lanshiang. I think she's a big improvement over the Resident Evil 5 Play Arts Kai figures (reviewed), but that's just me.

In regards to the Metal Gear franchise, SDCC provided us an up-close look at the exclusive Cyborg Ninja at the Konami booth, which features an open-faced Ninja helmet; Meryl Silverburgh, coming in October; Solidus Snake and his monstrous tentacles, following in December; and most importantly, the debut of Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance's Raiden.

Raiden might be the best-looking of the bunch, with every inch of his exoskeletal suit covered in detailing and shiny metallic paint. Oh, and he does come with his sword, so no worries there. Since he's painted, I'm hoping a release date will be announced soon, probably sometime in early 2013.
