SDCC 2011: Scott Tolleson's Chipster

Spotted in the Scott Tolleson/Gary Ham booth at San Diego Comic Con was Scott's newest vinyl figure, an adorable little monster dude named Chipster. According to his description, he's a gentle being who moved from the big city to the forest and likes peanut butter cups and argyle suits. Chipster was available in both colored and clear versions and stands about 5-6" tall. There was also what appears to be a blank prototype of a smaller Chipster-like critter on display, which may be a future release from Scott.

Chipster appears to have been on sale only at SDCC for US$30. However, the back of his box shows off some other colorways we haven't seen yet. Perhaps a DesignerCon special? Who knows, but we'll keep you in the loop. And stay tuned, because we got our hands on Chipster, so we'll be bringing you the rundown on him!
