After a few weeks of teasing we finally get the details we've been waiting for.

The holidays are over and Max Factory is ready to get back to work. First order of business: Sword Art Online's Asuna figma details! They've updated figma blog for the first time of 2013 with a pile of images telling us everything we've wanted to know about Asuna.

The good news? No shouting face! Yay! The big, pink maw on Kirito seems to be a deal breaker for some people so it's nice to see they've passed on that for Asuna, instead including a closed mouth angry face (like Kirito should have come with) and a kinda cute pouty face along with her smiling face. Unfortunately the bad news is she doesn't come with a sandwich. OK, maybe that wasn't such a crucial accessory, though it would have been pretty cool! Instead, just like Kirito, she'll come with a second sword and sheath. Not only does she come with her familiar Lambent Light rapier, but also her starting sword the Silveric rapier as well as their unique sheaths. She also includes an effect part for Lambent Light that gives the impression of making a multi-hit combo! I like her effect part more than Kirito's which looks like a tool you'd use to fill cracks in your wall.

And hey, pre-orders are up! She's due out in June starting at ¥3,619 and can be ordered at the following stores:
