Though... hmm. I'll definitely be getting the Base State figure, but I don't know what I'll be going for beyond that. I might just get these sets and that'll be it. I'd certainly like to collect all I can, but it's going to add up fast...

Five episodes in and I'm liking what I've gotten so far out of Kamen Rider Fourze. I haven't been too thrilled with the Module series of figures, but I've pretty much loved anything out of the S.H. Figuarts line. For my fix of Fourze, I now only have to wait until January to get my hands on the standard Base State of Kamen Rider Fourze.
Included in the standard release will be the figure of the titular Rider along with Rocket and Drill modules. It will sell for 2800 yen come January, but what I did fear was that they would tie everything into extra figure parts, thus driving up the cost quite a bit. Also in January will be first Fourze Module set, which will include the Machine Hand (crane arm), Launcher, Radar, and Camera. This set will be released alongside Fourze in January for 2,000 yen. If you want your display to go even further, you'll need to also pick up the stand and effect set. The set, retailing for 1,500 yen, will include a special Tamashii Stage, effect base and an effect part for the Rocket.
If you're grabbing everything for Fourze, it's going to cost you a total of 6,300 yen. Mind you, this is only the first form of a confirmed 3, not to mention there are going to be at least 40 Modules in total. I like Fourze's design quite a bit, but I don't see myself trying to pick up every single thing. Bandai saw the cash cow potential and they are definitely going full tilt on this. No word on when pre-orders will go up, but we'll be sure to update when they do. Has anyone else on Tomo been checking out Fourze and interested in any of these or future releases?
