Resin is King series drops Friday photo

As mentioned last night, Dead Hand Toys and Tenacious Toys will be releasing a new blind-boxed series of resin figures on Friday called Resin is King. Seven resin artists have been gathered together to create creations for the series: Motorbot, Jay222, Matt A*, Brian Ahlbeck (Dead Hand Toys), Dave Bondi, Rich Page (Ume Toys) and Bad Applez Inc. A total of 40 pieces will be available, each for US$25 on the Tenacious Toys store.

Each 2.5-inch figure will be sealed in a box with a sticker and ratio card. Also included in one box is a golden ticket figure from Brian Ahlbeck, which you can see in the gallery. They don't release until late at 8 p.m. Eastern (5 p.m. Pacific, midnight Saturday GMT), though. Jason the Ghost is still my favorite piece from this series and I'm tempted to try my hand at picking one of these up in hopes of getting him. What about you?
