Angel De La Rosa - 1/100 MG Duel Gundam Assault Shroud

After a strong season of competition in this year's Gunpla Builders World Cup, a national winner has been declared. After competitions at Sakura-Con, Anime Central, A-Kon, Anime Expo, Otakon and New York Comic-Con, Angel De La Cruz and his MG Duel Gundam has been named the North American Gunpla Builders World Cup Representative.

Taking the prize as the Best Overall at Anime Expo, Angel's diorama showcasing the imminent demise of a ship's bridge at the hands the Duel Gundam Assault Shroud will now move to the final round of the contest, competing against entries from Japan, Singapore, China, Malaysia, Australia, South Korea, the Phillipines, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Thailand.

If you'd like to check out the winners of the North American competition, check out the gallery below. You can also look over the galleries that we took of the New York Comic Con competition as well as the rest of North American competitions at Bluefin. Congratulations again to Angel and best of luck representing the US of A!
