Racing Miku Drives Astute Special revs up for pre-orderWhen I heard about Tamiya and Good Smile Company's collaboration mixing Tamiya's battery-powered cars with the Nendoroid Petit series this summer, I was pretty excited. I happen to like cars and don't get to post about them often, after all. Well, the first of those, featuring Racing Miku 2012 ver., is open for pre-order! Spotted recently on Mikatan's blog as well, the set gives you the Petit Racing Miku, with regular display body and a body that lets her sit inside the cockpit of the included Mini 4WD Astute from Tamiya! The Astute Open Top comes with stickers to let you decorate it, too. The first Tamiya/Good Smile collaboration comes out in January for ¥2,000. More are on the way (including Misaka Mikoto, Nanoha and Saber, I believe) so stay tuned. There's also going to be parts that let you put any Nendo Petit into any Mini 4WD, according to Mikatan. Very cool stuff! [Pre-order at HobbyLink Japan | Otacute | Hobby Search | AmiAmi | CD Japan | J-List] Did you know?
