One thing that rarely gets covered around these parts is the world of miniature-based gaming. True, they're not strictly toys, but being a huge roleplaying and D&D geek (yep), I love seeing what sorts of tabletop-oriented games are out there. Particularly when they're of the dungeony variety!

In this case, we're looking at a new game designed by Thingiverse member dutchmogul, by the name of Pocket Dungeons. Designed in CAD and printed on the MakerBot Replicator, it seems to be a traditional dungeon crawl complete with randomized events and a modular design to let you slap together your own cave of creepy crawlies.

It also happens to be the low low price of free, which is always a plus. If you're interested and one of the half dozen people out there that actually have a 3D printer, head on over to the Thingiverse site for the game and make yourself up a set!
