Why not order directly from SOTA toys and get it for $98.99? Shipping's only $6 too.

Because what Jon posted is an affiliate link, they rather have you buy it on sideshow, which they are an affiliate from, than from SOTA, which is cheaper, but they can't win any commission off of you if they posted the direct link as you did.
A way around this would be to post both links and say, this is the link to sota, and this is the link to sideshow, which we we earn a commission on and helps tomopop and destructoid, which by the way I don't think destructoid or tomopop need any financial help seeing on how popular they are and how many people visit and click on the advertising they have here. But still, it could be something that could be included in the statement, whether or not they need the money, instead of making it harder for people who could have saved some $$, and we all know how life isn't that great at the moment, for some people at least.
I know 10 bucks isn't much but it could go towards my next figure. I know I wouldn't mind buying it through tomopop if I found the post or the news helpful, or at least quick on posting an update so I could buy the figure if it's something that will sell out so that I can buy it before somebody else, that's what I do my best to do on my blog.
