Pre-orders for Bandai's R-Style Macross Frontier figures are selling like hot cakes
I'm a sucker for many things as you may have noticed in my writings on Tomopop. One of which is I'm a sucker for dorks and Ranka Lee of Macross Frontier fits that description in my book. That's why I'm having to fight my temptation of purchasing Bandai's latest R-Style collection of chibi figures. The set of 90mm figures is based on Macross Fronter the Movie ~Sayonara no Tsubasa~ and will include two versions of Ranka and one Sheryl. Yeah! Take that Sheryl! ... I mean, it's nice to see Ranka get more attention than Sheryl for once. Currently only one official product shot exists and that is of the A-type Ranka in one of her trademark dorky outfits. Fans of the series who saw the movie may have a good idea of what to expect for Sheryl and B-type Ranka. Pre-orders are open for a box of 9 random figures with AmiAmi being the only store still taking orders. Just throw down the ¥4,570 AmiAmi is asking for and you'll see the set arrive at your door in February. Fans, act fast before this sells out like everyone else. [Photo via Hobby Stock] Did you know?
