It's no secret that I'm not exactly a fan of Muv-Luv's armored suits, or at least the all-encompassing headgear framing all the girls' faces. That said, I'm always one to make an exception, and I'm definitely drawn in enough by the figure's overall design to do so in this case! To be honest, I find it hard not to echo many of the sentiments in our recent preview.
In particular (and to likely no surprise), I'm especially drawn by the gentle swish of her hair and pensive expression she wears. Kriska's always been one of the few short-haired characters that rubs me the right way, and Koto continues to do a great job in showing off just why. Headgear aside, it's also hard to miss the appeal of such a sexy skintight suit, particularly with Kriska in such an alluring pose.
My only confusion comes from the odd choice of base. While I agree with our original commentary on mimicking the feel of the series, such a relaxed pose seems out of place amidst a pile of rubble, even with Kriska tightly hugged by her armor. It's hard to pass up such a hottie though, so you may went to get your ¥8,800 ready for May nonetheless.
