Hold the presses, it's a Takamachi Nanoha swimsuit figure! 

*crickets*

...Okay, I'll admit that Nanoha has had more beach outings than I can count. But this is the first iteration of the character from as seen in spin-off manga Magical Record Lyrical Nanoha Force. What sets her apart from the Nanoha in StrikerS? Beats me -- you'll just have to take my Alpha Max's word on it!

I've always preferred Nanoha in her twin-tails, but I'm loving the "S" shape of the side-tail in this figure. She looks amazing from a side angle; with her tip-toed stance, long legs and arched back, she is like a ballerina in a two-piece -- a winning combination, if you ask me.

I will say that her face seems a little flat, but with such nice curves and a bikini bottom that's sinking into her hips, who's looking? There's a lot to love in this figure, right down to its ¥7,400 price tag, which is very reasonable for a 1/6 scale figure. Sometimes I get weary at the constant stream of swimsuit figures being released, but when I see a figure like this, I am once again reminded of how much I like boobs, butts, and everything in-between.

Oh a side note, Alpha Max really needs to get a new photographer -- not only are all the shots needlessly dim, but the colour balance isn't even consistent across the set. I think this Nanoha is a handsome figure, but these photos sure as hell don't make that obvious. I really hope Alpha Max address this sooner as opposed to later.
