Apparently it's Haruhi day: "Gothpunk" Asahina Mikuru by Griffon Enterprises

I must have missed the memo. After the big news (and subsequent disappointment) of the first castoffable Haruhi figure, followed by the announcement of a new Petit Nendoroid series, comes word from Griffon Enterprises that they'll be releasing a "Gothpunk" version of Asahina Mikuru. I use the quotations because I've lived through innumerable waves of either movement and I'm old enough to know better.

Still, there's no denying this is a beautiful figure, and no sidestepping the fact that I'm a total sucker for ruffles and laces traslated into PVC. The amount of detail on display here makes the fact that it's Mikuru underneath it all seem like a side bonus. She's sculpted in 1/7 scale by Masahiro Yamamoto, also known for his work on the Gothic Lolita Ver. Haruhi figure we featured a while back.
