While AirGear is far from my usual type of anime (it falls into the "not art, just entertainment" category), I could certainly be convinced to watch it after seeing Yamato's recent Ringo Noyamano PVC figure. So uh, Ringo, are those your work clothes, or do you change into something more comfortable after...uh...yeah. Yamato never fails to dazzle with his Story! Image! Figure! collection, and Ringo is no exception. She will come out in late July/early August and retails for 7140 Yen (roughly $70 US), but you can find her for less if you snoop around the web a bit. She stands 9" tall and comes with the bag you see in the gallery pics, which is likely an in-joke from the anime that I cannot enlighten you on, since I don't currently watch it. Leave it to the Japanese to add weird in with their sexy. [Pics Via Danny Choo] Griffon continues their hit or miss streak with this lovely lady from School Days, Katsura. This time I don't think the blame is all on them however, as the series' fairly big-eyed art style is a bit awkward when viewed in 3D... It's a good time to be a fan of the original Digimon anime series! We've seen the entire series released on DVD, cameos in the latest anime series, new video games, and now more collector figures. The newest figure from MegaH... Kristina and Pedro already mentioned some of the goods that MegaHouse had on display at the MegaHobby Expo in Japan but the series that really caught my eye are the Koubu from Sakura Taisen (Sakura Wars, in English). As you m... Despite all the Muv-Luv attention out there, I can't recall seeing too much attention given to one Meiya Mitsurugi, at least compared to some others like, say, Inia. I'm definitely pleased to see Kotobukiya stepping up to fil... Since Pedro already posted up the Naruto-related G.E.M. series additions, I am taking up the slack here with a Gintama-related G.E.M. series figure, Ginpachi-sensei!
