Every now and then, scanning for eye-catching toys lets you run into a real surprise. Today, that happened when my eye caught this fantastic model of none other than Phantasy Star Online's Eleanor, a RAcaseal unit that's fairly well-known amongst fans of the series, being one of the game's storyline NPCs. Back in the day, I must have put several hundred hours into the Dreamcast original, let alone the game's later releases, so seeing this is nothing short of a treat!
Apparently Kotobukiya is releasing her as a 10th anniversary special, and they really went above and beyond. Eleanor has over two dozen points of articulation, and comes with a number of series appropriate weapons--though I'd have liked to see more Ranger type weapons than a few sabers. Still, this is a model that any fan ought to pick up, and with a snap-fit assembly you don't need to be an expert to put her together, either. If you're as excited as I am, she'll be available in June for $34.99 USD.

Max Factory had an incredibly difficult time getting Saber there. Delays and delays kept pushing back the date, but figma Saber Bride finally arrived alongside the game she delayed in the process.
After all the waiting, was she worth it? Find out in the review of figma Saber Bride! Max Factory's Hacker from 7th Dragon 2020 is supposed to be arriving in shops soon, so if you pre-ordered her, congrats. For the rest of us, we'll have to settle for a preview on the Max Factory figma blog. She's really, real...
