A new Kickstarter has popped up, this one for a project from October Toys and Toy Break's Ayleen and George Gaspar: OMFG! - Outlandish Mini Figure Guys! Based on collectible mini figure series like M.U.S.C.L.E. and Monster In My Pocket, OMFG! is a set of tiny little figures, collaborated on for several months, starting with submissions from all around the world that were voted on by members of the October Toys/Toy Break forum. The first series features five figures: Multiskull, designed and sculpted by Charles Marsh (aka Monsterforge); Crawdad Kid, designed and sculpted by Daniel Yu; Phantom Outhouse designed by Kyle Thye and sculpted by Ralph Niese; King Castor, designed and sculpted by Dominic Campisi (aka The Evil Earwig); and Stroll, designed by John "Spanky" Stokes and sculpted by George Gaspar.

They're at about US$5,700 right now, with a goal of US$11,000. There's still plenty of time to meet that goal, with the deadline for donations being Aug. 10, 2011. You can donate to the project here, and hit the jump for a quick video about the project, as well as a run-down of all the rewards at each donation level!

Really small wave but neat line. MiMP (and also Battle Beasts) was one of my fave figure lines. I would definitely pick up a set or whatever, but this whole pledge system is confusing. If I pitched ten bucks now does that guarantee product even if they don't meet their goal? And if it doesn't, does that mean my pledge would be returned?

The whole thing is a really neat concept. I would love to create my own line of figures like that, tbh.
Aww man, that living Outhouse is terrifying!
These are cool! I'd love to try painting a set.

how kickstarter works is that you will only be charged if the funding is successful. so yes, if the project fails to meet the quota (touch wood!), you won't be paying a cent.
I could've sworn I had the outhouse guy. I used to own so many kiniku/muscle guys. My Mom bought me a few knockoff wanabes, so maybe that's the outhouse guy?
And the goal has been met. So fast! :D
