NYCC 2012: Kotobukiya's Marvel Bishoujo Kitty Pryde

Koto's latest emerges from the shadows

[update: Lockheed is confirmed for this release!]

You might remember seeing Marvel Bishoujo Kitty Pryde in our earlier Kotobukiya NYCC booth overview, but here's a few more shots to give you a better look at Kitty. Coming in 2013, you can see she's in her black and yellow X-Men outfit ... but unlike Supergirl and Streaky, she's missing Lockheed, her longtime alien dragon companion. Maybe Shunya doesn't do dragons, but that's kind of a disappointment.

I'm not sure about the face. Maybe it'll take some time to grow on me, but I'm thinking it looks a tad too heavy on the makeup around the eyes and cheeks. That's just me, though; what are your thoughts?
